OUR POLICIES

We do not currently carry out a deposit system in the salon - however if the situation occurs where lateness/no shows keep occurring we may ask that pre payment is given before we can continue with the booking.

Some of our services require a patch test 48 hours prior to the treatment - we will ensure you are aware of this when booking and when the cut off point is. The patch test being done in time is your responsibility and if the patch test is not carried out in time we will be unable to perform the treatment.
